The Tai Chi for Health program is appropriate for beginners and seniors. The Sun Style Tai Chi is especially beneficial for arthritis because it contains Qigong exercises to enhance healing, agile steps to improve mobility, and improve balance. This program is easy-to-learn, safe, and effective. The program includes warm- up, cool-down, Qigong exercises, special precautions, and tai chi movements.

Published nonfiction author and local television journalist Amanda Lamb will walk you through the process of choosing your story, outlining your project, writing it, and learning how to take critical feedback from other writers. You will be asked to turn in segments of your stories and share them with the class. The goal is to finish the class with a work in progress that you may ultimately submit for publication, or simply share with family and friends.

Learn how to navigate through the process of taking a digital photograph using a pocket camera or a cell phone camera. This slower-paced course will teach you how to download your digital photos using the camera interface to a Microsoft Windows personal computer for viewing, storing, or editing. You will also be taught how to handle common photo editing techniques to include red eye removal, cropping, straightening, rotating, and controlling both light and color of the photo image.
