Windows Live email You've got mail … This class begins with an overview of email functions and features. Students will then be guided through the basics of sending and receiving mail, sending photos and other attachments, adding and editing contact information, and more. Students will be given an email account to use for this class.

Facebook is a social networking service with more than 800 million active users. In this class, each student will create a personal Facebook account and profile; add other users as friends; and learn how to use privacy settings to control access to posted information. Students will also learn how to use the "Wall" (a space where friends can post messages) and how to upload photos and create albums.

Love taking digital photos - but finding too many stored in your camera? Organize, edit, and print your photos quickly and simply using Picasa, a photo editing software. You'll learn how to arrange photos into folders and albums and how to use editing tools to improve almost any photo with one click. Erase blemishes, adjust color and lighting, add special effects such as sepia, and add captions to help your photos tell a story.

Continue to build your computer skills in this exploratory class. You'll work with Microsoft Windows and become familiar with stored and temporary files, learn to use a browser and search the Internet, and find out how to make sure your journey into cyberspace is secure. You'll also explore external ports, printing, and formats for using CDs and DVDs. While you enjoy playing with your computer, you'll be learning simple maintenance routines. The class will conclude with hands-on lab exercises and a discussion of evolving computer technologies.

The Sun Style Tai Chi is especially beneficial for arthritis because it contains Qigong exercises to enhance healing, agile steps to improve mobility, and improve balance. This program is easy-to-learn, safe, and effective. The program includes warm- up, cool-down, Qigong exercises, special precautions, and tai chi movements.
